Carina Cassøe Krüth – profile
One of Denmark’s currently most exciting dressage equipages is Carina Cassøe Krüth and the gorgeous mare Heilines Danciera.
Carina Cassøe Krüth was born in Slagelse in 1984. She was trained in 2011 by Per Skjærbæk and graduated with an average of 11,4 in all disciplines. Shortly after graduation, she started CK Dressage, which she runs to this day.
May-Day and Danciera
With May-Day Graftebjerg Carina Cassøe Krüth got her first international experience at Grand Prix level, and May-Day was the horse with which Carina became known in the dressage top. But for many years Carina has had a gem in her stable, Heiline´s Danciera also called Dance, who made her Grand Prix debut at the age of just 8.
Danciera and Carina Cassøe Krüth have been successful all the way together from the young horse years, from Young Horse World Championships and now with top quality in international Grand Prix. Of course, it takes training and careful education of the horse to get there, but Carina and Danciera have got the help they needed and they are now training with Andreas Helgstrand.
From Young Horses to the Olympic Team
Great results for Carina Cassøe Krüth include two fantastic performances at the 5* Grand Prix in Herning, Denmark in 2020, where the magic 80% was broken in the Grand Prix Special on the horse Heilines Danciera. In addition, Carina has had plenty of experiences at the Young Horse World Championships, Falsterbo, and various international competitions.
In 2021 Carina represented Denmark for the Olympics in Tokyo, which had been a big dream, says Carina Cassøe Krüth.
The World Championships in Herning
At the ECCO FEI World Championships in Herning 2022, the Danish national dressage team made a clean sweep and took home the gold in Sunday’s team final. Carina Cassøe Krüth and Heilines Danciera did their part to secure the win on home turf as they rode to 76.863%. In the individual finals, the harmonious pair finished 12th in both the Grand Prix Special and Grand Prix Freestyle.

Carina Cassøe Krüth is married to Casper Cassøe, and they live just outside Hobro – for a while yet. Casper and Carina had the opportunity to build something new from scratch – and they have now bought their dream property on Djursland. They are working hard to get it ready for both horses and people. The two help each other and share their common interest – horses and equestrian sports.
The property will provide fantastic facilities for riders and horses in spring, autumn, winter, and, not least, summer.
