Rikke Belinda Barker – profile

Rikke Belinda Barker is a 29-years-old Danish show jumper representing Denmark on the national show jumping team.

Already in her final school years in the Danish Folkeskole, Rikke knew that she wanted to work with horses after her graduation. She convinced her father to let her move to Germany to train fulltime with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and Bo Kristoffersen for one year. However, that one year suddenly turned into almost four years.

In June 2022, Rikke was part of the national show jumping team’s victory in the Austrian Nations Cup. At the same occasion, Rikke and her horse Tabalou PS got a 4th place in the 3* Grand Prix, which made her qualify for the World Championships. When national coach Bo K. Møller published the Danish team for the ECCO FEI World Championships, Rikke Belinda Barker and Tabalou PS were on the list as well.
