Agria Super Sunday at ECCO FEI World Championships Herning
There is no doubt – the world’s best showjumpers will deliver exciting sport during the ECCO FEI World Championships in Herning in August 2022. Stutteri Ask Stadium will buzz with enthusiastic spectators when the world’s top riders meet in a battle for team and individual medals. Agria, an insurance company providing insurances for horses and pets will be the main sponsor of the jumping competitions during Herning2022.
– At Agria, we have insured horses since 1890. Just like the horse owners we want all horses to live long and healthy lives. Through our collaboration with equestrian organisations such as the Danish Equestrian Federation and the Horse Research Foundation, we contribute to research and horse welfare on many levels. We deal with all aspects of horse ownership from when the foal is born until it performs at a high level in equestrian sports. At the ECCO FEI World Championships, we will experience top equestrian sport, and we are looking forward to meeting horse friends from all over the world, says Agnes Fabricius, CEO of Agria, Sweden.
Agria Super Sunday will be a very special experience. The world’s leading showjumpers will meet in a trilling battle for the individual medals. The individual final takes place on Sunday 14 August, and Agria Super Sunday marks the end of nine competition days during the ECCO FEI World Championships Herning (DEN).
– We are very grateful for the support from Agria Animal Insurance, says Jens Trabjerg
Jens Trabjerg is the organiser of the four-time championship in Jumping, Dressage, Para Dressage and Vaulting together with Casper Cassøe.
– We have had a constructive dialogue with Agria from the very beginning of the planning of the championships, and we are very happy and proud of the great interest in Herning2022 we experience from many companies and individuals. With Agria as the main sponsor for the jumping competitions during the ECCO FEI World Championships, we are sure we have established a good foundation to show amazing sports to the audience at the Stutteri Ask Stadium, and at home behind the TV-screens around the world, he concludes.
The jumping competitions begin on Wednesday 10 August. On Friday 12 August, the team competition among the top ten nations will be settled, and on Sunday 14 August at Agria Super Sunday, the battle for the individual medals will be settled.
