At 12.00 hrs. Sissel Sandø Ulbæk from Young Horse Performance is ready at Agria Pony Arena with a clinic on young horse development. This Sunday, her focus will be on Environmental training and its importance on how to prepare yourself for unexpected situations and unfamiliar situations.
Sissel Sandø Ulbæk owns and runs the company Young Horse Performance specialised in developing young horses both physically and mentally. During Herning2022, she will host two clinics at the Agria Pony Arena:
Later at 13.00 hrs. Rikke Buhl, Professor at the University of Copenhagen, will host a lecture on the Zibrasport Stage.
Rikke Buhl is a professor at the University of Copenhagen. She graduated as a veterinarian (DVM) in 1999 from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark where she also obtained a Ph.D. degree in 2004 and is now employed there as a professor. Her work is centered on equine cardiology, where she focuses on cardiovascular adaptations to exercise, often termed “Athlete´s Heart” and cardiac arrhythmias in horses.
