Germany is going all in, sending three of their greatest riders to compete in Denmark. Three times winner of the World Cup – uncrowned queen of dressage – Isabell Werth will be attending on Emilio by Ehrenprei. Another German rider who will join Isabell Werth is the newly crowned German Champion Jessica Von Bredow Werndl on her rising star Zaire-E by Son De Niro. Alongside Isabell and Jessica, Helen Langehanenberg will be riding her amazing horse Damsey by Dressage Royal.

Another strong dressage nation who will make an appearance in Denmark, is neighbor country Sweden.  Sweden will be sending the audience favorite Patrick Kittel on his wonderful horse Delauny by Dr Doolittle together with teammate Therese Nielshagen and her longtime ride Dante Weltino by Danone and Antonia Ramel on her stunning Brother by Jeu e. Voice. All three Swedish riders were on the Swedish team who won the bronze medal at the European Championship in 2019

Denmark is riding on home ground and they are ready to give Sweden and Germany a fight to remember. Denmark will send winner of the first World-Cup qualification in Herning last year – Cathrine Dufour on Bohemian by Bordeaux. Also, the silver medal winner from the Danish Championship 2020 Carina Cassøe Krüth on her amazing 9-year-old mare Heiline’s Danciera will be dancing at Vilhelmsborg – a combination who always gives the audience their money worth.

Lone Bang Larsen on Bakkely’s Onandt by Onassis who just won the Grand Prix Kür at the CDI show in Hagen will also be attending alongside Helene Melsen on Aston Martin by Monteverdi and Charlotte Heering on Bufranco by Negro.

To accompany all the danish dressage ladies, the legendary Andreas Helgstrand will make a comeback on the Danish dressage team with the 3 times winner of the young horse world championship; Fiontini by Fassbinder.

It’s safe to say it will be an exciting kickoff for the FEI World Cup Dressage season.
